Calendar Poster Giveaway Saturday, Jan. 3!
The Snakes take on the Fayetteville FireAntz at the Snake Pit, Saturday, Jan. 3. The first 1,000 fans will receive a poster, featuring a 2009 calendar and all Snakes players. An autograph signing will take place following the game. After Saturday, the Snakes hit the road for six games, and won't return to the Snake Pit until Friday, Jan. 23. (more)

Snakes Goalie Receives Honor During Stint in ECHL
Columbus Cottonmouths goaltender Ian Vigier returned to the Snakes Wednesday after a successful five-day stint with the South Carolina Stingrays of the East Coast Hockey League. While there, he accumulated a perfect 3-0-0 record, and for his efforts has been named the ECHL's Reebok Goaltender of the Week for Dec. 22-28. (more) |
