Cottonmouths Welcome Two Newcomers

            The Columbus Cottonmouths, who kickoff the 2009-10 season one month from today, have signed rookies Jacob Cline and Steve Bounds for the upcoming season.

League Announces Schedule Changes

Due to conflicts with some venue dates, a few changes have been made to the Snakes originally announced 2009-10 schedule. All Cottonmouths home dates will remain the same, but the Snakes will now play Louisiana on Nov. 20, instead of Mississippi, and will play Mississippi on February 9, instead of Louisiana.

A few road dates and opponents have also been changed. On Nov. 13, the Snakes will now go to Mississippi rather than Louisiana. The Dec. 17 road game has been moved to Feb. 23, when the Snakes will go to Pensacola instead of Mississippi. On Feb. 19, the Snakes will now go to Louisiana instead of Mississippi.
